CommunitySearch preprints from arXiv, bioRxiv, and medRxiv without API keys. Supports search, lookup, extraction, citations, enrichment, and paper downloads that bundle PDFs plus linked GitHub code.
Quality and Utility come from canonical skill metadata. Community ratings appear separately as stars when subscriber reviews exist.

New community skill: papers
Search arXiv, bioRxiv, and medRxiv preprints from one local CLI with no API keys. Downloads return paper bundles with the linked GitHub repo cloned alongside the PDF.
- Three preprint sources searched in parallel: arXiv, bioRxiv, medRxiv. No API keys, polite-access delays baked in
- Downloads return paper bundles: the PDF lands in paper/, the linked GitHub repo gets cloned into code/
- Ambiguity audit surfaces methodological gaps with section + paragraph anchors so the operator can read the source directly
- BibTeX, APA, and RIS citations on demand; preprint status is always called out
- TikZ figure extraction from arXiv source archives, plus a doctor command for environment health
Papers gives a single local Python CLI that searches three preprint sources, deduplicates and ranks results, and downloads chosen papers as bundles where the PDF lives in paper/ and the linked GitHub repo is cloned into code/. Section extraction is strongest on JATS XML, medium on plain text, best-effort on PDF. An ambiguity-audit step flags methodological gaps with section and paragraph anchors so the operator can verify claims directly in the source. Citations emit on demand in BibTeX, APA, or RIS. The skill respects each source politely (arXiv 3-second backoff is built in) and degrades grac
