Team plans are $300/month which includes 3 seats. Additional seats are $100/month each. Billing is centralized to one account, and you can add or remove seats at any time.

Yes. Adding seats is prorated to your current billing cycle. Removing seats takes effect at the next billing cycle.

The minimum is 3 seats at $300/month. If you need fewer seats, consider individual subscriptions at $20/month each.

Contact us and we'll handle the migration. Any remaining balance on your individual subscription will be credited to your team account.

No. Team plans are billed monthly at the published rates. We do not offer annual plans or discounts.

We use enterprise-grade security with row-level security in Supabase, encrypted data at rest, and enterprise SSO (Google Workspace, Okta, Azure AD, OIDC). SOC 2 Type II certification is in progress.

We guarantee 99.9% uptime for team plans, which allows for approximately 43 minutes of downtime per month. Our status page at /status shows real-time metrics and 30-day rolling uptime. If we miss our SLA, affected customers receive prorated service credits.
