Google Workspace: Domain enforcement and auto-provisioning for Workspace orgs.
Okta / Azure AD: OIDC-based login with tenant-aware identity binding. Okta is part of the shared provider path; Microsoft Entra onboarding is in active rollout hardening.
Custom OIDC: Connect any standards-compliant OIDC identity provider.
SAML / OneLogin: SP-initiated SAML login with signed assertion validation and durable identity bindings. SCIM and group-based role mapping are not included in the current rollout.

Common questions about team subscriptions

Team plans are $300/month which includes 3 seats. Additional seats are $100/month each. Billing is centralized to one account, and you can add or remove seats at any time.

Yes. Adding seats is prorated to your current billing cycle. Removing seats takes effect at the next billing cycle.

The minimum is 3 seats at $300/month. If you need fewer seats, consider individual subscriptions at $20/month each.

Contact us and we'll handle the migration. Any remaining balance on your individual subscription will be credited to your team account.

No. Team plans are billed monthly at the published rates. We do not offer annual plans or discounts.

We use enterprise-grade security with row-level security in Supabase, encrypted data at rest, and org-scoped enterprise SSO for Google Workspace plus supported app-owned providers. Microsoft-only onboarding is being hardened in the current sprint; SCIM, group mapping, and App Gallery are not included in this phase. SOC 2 Type II certification is in progress.

We guarantee 99.9% uptime for team plans, which allows for approximately 43 minutes of downtime per month. Our status page at /status shows real-time metrics and 30-day rolling uptime. If we miss our SLA, affected customers receive prorated service credits.
